Positions
Relationship Management - City Experiences
We are seeking dynamic individuals, early in their career, to join us to continue to create a great company. The role is essentially sales, but we also think of it like a feature editor. It's about selecting great businesses ideal for our audience and persuading them to participate in a feature on BloomSpot and delighting our customers. There are some traditional aspects of sales, including calling lots of people you don't know, but it is also about using your creativity and working with great local businesses to market themselves.
Each day, you'll figure out which businesses our audience likes the most, call them to present the BloomSpot opportunity, and get them excited about participating in our product. You'll also work with the business to figure out an offer that works well for the business, as well for the BloomSpot readers. The job takes enthusiasm, creativity, an intuition for what consumers like and an ability to work with businesses to address their problems.
For people that are good at the job, compensation can be very good, as well as equity in a very fast growing and exciting consumer internet company. This is excellent opportunity for individuals looking to get into consumer internet, advance and build their career with dynamic experience in sales, marketing, and business development.

- Must enjoy both working independently and enjoy working within a close group setting
- Experience in Django/Python highly desired
- Web front-end experience and expertise in Javascript/CSS/DHTML highly desirable
