Why You'll Love It

You can count on Caspian for a lot of things, like an upscale date or a new cuisine to try with the fam. But the rich, complex flavors we can't get anywhere else are our favorites. Smoked eggplant, cayenne, saffron rice … Persian is about to be our new go-to comfort food.

The dishes have everything we love about Greek food (dolmas, feta, baba ghanoush), but the spices and preparations are Persian all the way. Oh, and come hungry, because Caspian never skimps!
