With ever-changing workouts, Schnell Schnell Outdoor Fitness challenges your body in new ways in every class, ensuring positive changes in your physique. With small class sizes, see familiar faces each workout and enjoy a friendly team element as you receive personalized attention and coaching.

As a lifelong athlete, running track & field competitively for over 15 years, and with numerous certifications, Head Trainer Jeannette Rehbein now applies all her expertise and energy to her unique training sessions. Integrating a wide variety of exercises including running stairs, kickboxing, push-ups, crunches, uphill sprints and cardio circuits, Jeannette has created an exciting workout for all levels that builds core strength, speed, and flexibility.

Boot Camp classes are designed for any athlete as they focus on personal needs and desires, and with an average class size of 6-8 people, Schnell Schnell guarantees individual attention and coaching. Come with an open mind and join the team of social, fun, and friendly trainers and participants and enjoy the beautiful weather of California as you build a healthy, stronger body.

Boot camp hours:

• Tue, Wed, Thu: 6:30 - 7:30 AM
• Tue, Thu: 12:00 - 1:00 PM
• Tue, Thu: 6:00 - 7:00 PM
• Fit in the Park* (Low-Impact) Class in Golden Gate Park (*based on demand)
  Tue and Thu: 7:45 - 8:45 AM
