Awaken your body through Fusion Rhythms, Modern Rhythms, Essential Rhythms, and Yoga Rhythms. Intense yet joyful, every kick-ball-change and lyrical flourish is imbued with energy and style. With classes at convenient times each day, you’ll find the perfect fit for both your workout needs and your schedule.

When your animated class comes to a close, cool off in the studio’s state-of-the-art locker rooms and lounge or swing by the gallery space for some artful inspiration. Enveloped in Rhythm & Motion's buoyant community, you’ll already be anticipating your next class.

Fusion Rhythms

invigorating, challenging, and fun, this fusion of eclectic dance styles includes a choreographed warm-up, high-energy dancing, abdominal and leg work, and stretching and relaxation

Essential Rhythms

focused on Rhythm & Motion choreography and fundamentals, this class can serve as an introduction for new students or as a way for continuing students to find a deeper practice

Modern Rhythms

drawing from lyrical and contemporary styles, this class moves from a standing warm-up to abdominal and leg work, then an increased tempo for high-energy choreography and arm work

Yoga Rhythms
