Pilates ProWorks presents a brand-new Cow Hollow pilates and yoga studio. In small, intimate classes of 9, ideal for the beginner or the advance Pilates practitioner, Pilates ProWorks offers their Pro Method's 55 min. classes where each individual works on their own FitFormer.

FitFormers, with a bamboo base and cushioned back, allow the pilates practitioner to move and transition smoothly through a range of movements with added resistance. Exercises on the FitFormer combine resistance and lengthening exercises with cardio and strength training to shape a stronger, energized and more flexible you. Pilates Pro Works also offers group yoga classes.
