This summer treat yourself to the best of Chef Srijith Gopinathan’s acclaimed “Spice Route” cuisine, made from Northern California’s best produce. He peppers his classic European cooking—learned at world-renowned restaurants from New York to Maldives—with influences from his mother and grandmother’s kitchen in southern India.
There’s nowhere else to find rabbit ragout perfectly paired with saffron linguini. And what’s a workday escape without the perfect dessert? It doesn’t get much better than the classic chocolate cake with a side fresh berries. Yes, you’ll have to return to the office. But this little bite of heaven will make the rest of the day oh-so-worth-it.
