YogaSole invites you to experience the profound beauty of yoga and reap a lifetime of its benefits in a friendly, supportive community of yoga enthusiasts.

Each class is led by a gifted, compassionate instructor whose main concern is making every student feel comfortable and challenged. The skilled instructors, who are trained in multiple disciplines of yoga, offer individualized attention by gently correcting poses and breathing.

YogaSole provides a multifaceted experience by offering a full range of special series and workshops. Choose from the prenatal series, children's yoga, beginner series, therapeutic yoga, mat Pilates or meditation. To deepen your practice, YogaSole also offers a variety of workshops, such as back bending, inversions, pranayama, and even a spiritual business workshop. $1 mat rentals epitomize YogaSole's commitment to the community: all proceeds from rentals are donated to the Breast Cancer Research Fund, with nearly $1500 raised so far.
