Kayak and Wine

Experience the idyllic North Fork with a day-long excursion. Kayak on the PEconic Bay, birdwatch in serene estuaries, and walk along sandy beaches before visiting a local farm and vineyard.

Samurai Hike with Sword Training

Three to four mile hike with introductory Samurai sword class in the middle. Taught by Joe (who has third-degree black belt experience with martial arts weapons), this class uses Bokens—or wooden katanas—to teach the beginning principles of swordsmanship.

Waterfalls and Wine

Relaxing hike to a waterfall, where if conditions permit guests can enjoy a leisurely campfire. Then, head to nearby winery for tastings, great food, and frequently live music.

Overnight Backpacking on the Appalachian Trail

Learn the basics of Appalachian Trail hiking, from lightweight backpacking to proper trail etiquette, with a guide who’s hiked the entire trail. Outdoors exploration at its finest.
