Through their travels, owners Rufino Lopez, Maitre 'd Ron Miller, and Chef Danilo Paulino have created a thoughtful menu of contemporary interpretations of regional Spanish cuisine. The wide variety of tapas, from classics like patatas bravas and plates of paper-thin shavings of jamón Iberico, to cazuelas, or Spanish casseroles of albondigas, shrimp, and angulas, induce vivid flavors without sacrificing their traditional roots. For those with larger appetites, saffron-kissed bomba rice studded with chicken, calamari, and shellfish delivers a mouthwateringly faithful homage to Spain’s national dish.
