Wine Tasting Class with Cheese Pairings

Introduction to Wine & Champagne: Students taste and discuss wines from specific regions while tasting cheeses and learning what foods to pair wines with; includes printed reference materials; Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 1PM and 7PM

Wine & Champagne Pairing & Serving Techniques: Learn the proper way to present and open wine at a table, the elegant and proper way to open champagne (no fizz and no flying corks!), and study the visuals of wine and theory of their depths; taste cuisines prepared fresh that pair with and complement wines; classes held Sundays at 3PM.

Private Wine Pairing

This 90-minute class and pairing includes tasting and learning about five reds and five whites, tasting assorted cheeses and tapas-style dishes with ingredient sheets on how to make them, and dessert tasting paired with dessert wine
