12–5PM: Celebrity Chef and Sommelier Demonstrations and Book Signings

Watch and learn as outstanding celebrity chefs show off their skills or purchase a new cook book, then meet and greet the genius behind it; featuring Graham Elliot, Duff Goldman, Ted Allen, John Stage, Joe Campanale, and more

12-10PM: Beer Garden

3–8PM: BBQ Pit Masters by John Stage

Meet the grill masters and sample their special bites

5PM: Burger Battle with Celebrity Chef Judges

5:30PM: Southern BBQ and Bluegrass Bash

Featuring Will Hoge and The Felice Brothers
