This holiday season, Cirque du Soleil's Wintuk returns to the WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden for its final season. An enchanting winter tale for the whole family, Wintuk follows a boy named Jamie on his quest to bring snow and joy to a gray winter. The show weaves thrilling acrobatics, breathtaking theatrical effects, and memorable songs into a delightful journey to an imaginary land called Wintuk.
Joined by three companions - a Shaman with magical powers, the girl of his dreams, and a timid man called Wimpy - Jamie embarks on a journey to Wintuk with one goal: bring the snow back to where it belongs. On the way, Jamie and his friends encounter a cast of energetic urban street characters, including acrobats, dancers, and talking lampposts.
From your Center Orchestra seat in Sections 201-204, the dazzling winter wonderland of Wintuk seems to unfold all around you. Bursting with the energy of the city and magic of a wonderland, Wintuk weaves the whimsical notions and mythical creatures of childhood imagination into a thrilling family-friendly production.
