Texas native Randy Evans is no stranger to renown. Under the tutelage of famed Chef Carl Walker, Chef Evans garnered invaluable experience at Houston institution Brennan’s before taking over as Executive Chef in 2003. Fusing his passions for organic gardening and local flavors, Chef Evans opened Haven in 2009 to boundless critical acclaim.
The rave reviews haven’t slowed over time as the likes of Esquire, Southern Living, and Houston Press have sung Haven’s high praises. The Kitchen Table, Chef Evan’s published cookbook, features recipes served at his unique table in the middle of Haven’s bustling kitchen.
