They opened Towne—the first restaurant to utilize Hynes Convention Center—as a tribute to the ingredients and recipes they love, proving once again that world-class cuisine need not be full of haute air. Under the command of Executive Chef Mario Capone, Shire's longtime lieutenant, this unstoppable nightspot demands attention and commands respect.
