In July, the legendary duo reconvened. Their professional paths had diverged, but their inspired friendship and ardent dedication to their craft moved in parallel. They opened Towne—the first restaurant to utilize Hynes Convention Center—as a tribute to the ingredients and recipes they love, proving once again that world-class cuisine need not be full of haute air. Under the command of Executive Chef Mario Capone, Shire's longtime lieutenant, this unstoppable nightspot demands attention and commands respect.
